Images as Evidence

Ability to take a photo of ticket for all fines and send it to back office.

If a notice has had images captured as evidence then these will show in the case edit view in a new tab called "Evidence". Back office users can select the evidence to zoom in on the image.

The image now shows 2 buttons and an info icon. - This will copy the image directly to the court documents for use when compiling SJP or evidence packs - Enables you to download the image to your local machine

- This will show you the time the image was taken by the inspector.

Appeal Summary Report by Reason

Add new appeal report and include reason for overturned

A new Appeals Report has been made to show appeals grouped by reson for issue (e.g. Osyster Not Validated, No Ticket, Adult on Child).

It displays total counts and percentages for each status to better understand appeal outcomes.

Add hold period for Appeals

Add hold period for appeals on the 20th day.

The DateToPay field now functions as a grace period. When declining an appeal, the result letter is sent immediately but the next letter (second letter) is delayed until DateToPay expires, giving customers extra days to pay at the reduced rate before fines increase.

Payment Import

Payment Import Process

You can now import payments from an excel spreadsheet by going to Data Entry -> Import Payments

Here you can upload your spreadsheet, the columns must be named "Posting Date", "Amount in Company Code Currency" and "Journal Entry Item Text"

These columns also need to be added as seen below in Administration -> System Maintenance -> Drop Down Items under Import Column

Once the sheet has been validated, you can click Import Data to add the payments to the cases

You will then recieve a summary of the import with a row for each case

A comment will be added to the case to say that a payment was imported

Unconditional Payments

Add role that allows payments to be added unconditionally

If you have payment restrictions enabled, you will be unable to add payments to cases in certain scenarios. We've added a role that allows you to bypass this by checking "forced payment".
