Application Reset

In order to reset the application we first need to remove the RevenueShield account from the device and then remove all the stored data.

Be aware, some phone manufacturers install their own version of the android operating system and so there is variation on where and how these settings are found.

Removing the Account

Locate the device accounts by going to settings and searching for "Accounts" or "Passwords and Accounts"

Locate the RevenueShield account and press it to enter the account

Then select "Remove account"

Removing the Data

Locate the RevenueShield application by going to "Settings" and searching for "All Apps" or "Application Manager"

Locate Revenue Shield Mobile in the list and select it.

Select "Storage and cache"

Select "Clear Storage". Once this has been done you can restart RevenueShield Mobile and you will see the setup screen.
