How To - Send Reminder Letters
Select the “WorkFlow” from the main navigation menu. This will open the workflow process area.
Select the correct tab for the reminder letters you wish to send, either first, second or third. If you wish to process reminder letters for a date that is in the future use the calendar to select the date.
After you have selected this item press the “Populate Results” button to load the penalty fares that are ready to have the reminder letters sent.
To select an item check the select box on the right hand side of the row. You can filter the selection using the dropdown boxes below the column names. You can also use the “Select All” checkbox to select everything in the list. After you have selected the relevant items press the “Process” button at the bottom of the list.
This will take you to a screen that allows you to remove any items that have been included by mistake. To remove an item press the “Exclude” button to remove it from the list. If you are happy with the list press the “Process” button at the bottom of the screen. This will generate all of the reminder letters and provide a PDF for you to download and print off.
Press the “Download” button to download the PDF for printing.
