Removing Synchronised Data

This process enables training devices and devices being used in debug mode to clear any data that has been recorded on the device providing it has been synchronised to the server.

The rationale for this is that trainers can repeat a training process without the device having any historical data or risking showing any previous training data to other users (a possible GDPR issue depending on what data previous users have used when training).

To clean a device of its training data you can perform the following steps.

  1. Login to the application

  1. Select the "About" option from the main menu

  1. Select the "Clean Database"

  1. Once complete you will receive a "Database Clean Completed" message.

We recommend you restart the application and log back in to make sure that no data that has just been removed is still in the application memory.
