How To - Add An Inspector
Using the navigation menu at the top of the screen select "Administration" and then select the "Inspector Management", "Inspector", "Create".
This will open the inspector search screen. Before you can create an inspector you must search the system to make sure that they have not already been entered.
Enter the inspector name into the "Name" field and press the "Search" button.
You will be displayed a list of results matching the name. You will be able to verify whether an inspector has been already added or not.

If you want to add an inspector press the "Create a new inspector with the name John Smith" button to the right of the criteria pane.

From here you will be able to enter any additional inspector information.
You can only enter basic information when creating a new inspector. i.e. Name, Job Title etc
After you have entered the information press the "Create" button. This will take you to the edit inspector view which will allow you to add additional information.

The important ones here are the Badge Number, Remote Access and Remote Access Pin.

Ensure that Remote Access is checked. Your login details for RevenueShield will be your Badge Number and Remote Access Pin.
