How To - Generate Void Penalty Fare Notice Letter

Using the navigation menu at the top of the screen select "Data Entry" and then select the "Quick Edit PFN" menu item.

This will take you to the Quick Edit PFN screen. You will need to enter the number of the penalty fare notice that you wish to generate a void penalty fare letter for. Enter the number into the textbox that is labelled "PFN Number"

This will load the information for the penalty fare you wish to void. From the menu on the right hand side select “Generate Voided Letter”

This will open a pane above the penalty fare notice details allowing you to customise the letter text.

After you have made any changes to the letter body press the “Generate” button. This will generate the letter for you and allow you to download it for printing.

You must also remember to void the penalty fare as well, see “HowTo – Void a Penalty Fare Notice”, if you do not you will see a warning message when you are viewing the penalty fare notice details.
