Extended Penalty Fares Information
The extended penalty fare section allows for the recording of additional information against a penalty fair notice issued on a performed duty.
The penalty fares are automatically generated from the start and end number entered in the performed duty detail section.
The system will parse the start and end numbers and populate the extended information table with the penalty fares that have been issued.
The extended PFN information allow you to record the amount the PFN is for and how much was taken by the inspector.
There is also the ability to record whether a PFN is missing. If an PFN is missing then the 
icon will appear next to the PFN information.
The system will automatically use the information entered into the extended penalty fare information table and compare it against the information recorded for barrier and train work.
The system check that the total number of issued penalty fares, and their amounts, are equal. If there is a discrepancy then an error message will be displayed.
