Performed duty summary details

Name	Description
Badge No	The current badge of the inspector that performed the duty. The badge number can either be manually entered or search for using the Badge Search Dialog. After you have entered a badge number the system will automatically validate the number to make sure that it is currently assigned to an inspector. If the badge is valid then the text will turn to green, otherwise it will turn to red.
Date performed	The date the duty was performed
Paid in date	Date the inspectors float was paid in.
Book on	The time that the inspector started their shift
Book off	The time that the inspector ended their shift
PF start	The current PFN number at the start of the inspectors duty
PF end	The current PFN number at the end of the inspectors duty
TIR start	The current TIR number at the start of the inspectors duty
TIR end	The current TIR number at the end of the inspectors duty
UFN start	The current UFN number at the start of the inspectors duty.
UFN End	The current UFN number at the end of the inspectors duty.
Excess Ticket Start	The current Excess Ticket number at the start of the inspectors duty.
Excess Ticket End	The current Excess Ticket number at the end of the inspectors duty.
Total Avantix Issued	The total number of tickets issued by avantix on the duty.
Total Avantix Value	The total value of the tickets issued by avantix on the duty.
Other Comments	Comments that the inspector has recorded about the duty.
Request Inspection	Does the performed duty require further inspection.
Resolved	Has the "Request Inspection" issue been resolved.
Resolved Message	How the "Request Inspection" issue was resolved.

Icon	Description
	The performed duty has been manually entered into the system.
	The performed duty has been imported from a previous system and may not be complete.
	The performed duty has been entered into the system via a mobile device.

Duty type

How productive the duty was in terms of revenue protection.

Name	Description
Productive	A full duty of work for revenue protection was done.
Half Productive	A half duty of work for revenue protection was done.
Non Productive	Non of the duty was spent on revenue protection work.
