Drop Down Item Settings
The system has many fields which are governed by Drop Down Items, this includes fields in the mobile application too.
Please make sure you have understood the ramifications of changing the values in the Drop Down Items before doing so.

Management of many of these Drop Down Items is pretty straight forward, however some have METADATA associated with them which determines how they are used within the back office and mobile application.
One example of this is the AddressVerification. This is not only separated by its METADATA into two distinct groupings, "ADD" and "IND" (which allows the inspector to distinctly define how the address and individuals ID was verified). The first element of the list is also the default verification method used when selecting an individual from "Electoral Roll" dataset.
The same is also true of the AddressVerificationCode list.
