How To - Add A Period

Using the navigation menu at the top of the screen select "Administration" and then select the "System Maintenance", "Periods", "Create".

This will open the screen allowing you to create a new period.

Enter the name of the period along with the start and end dates. If you are required to report on a number of passengers checked each period you can enter this value here.

For each week in the period enter the start and end dates, these will be used when in reporting.

After you have enter the information press the "Create" button to create the period.

After you have created the period you will see a message confirm the creation.
