Payment Link URL

A payment link merge field is now available for PFN templates that can be inserted into emails. When clicked the "client" is taken directly to the pay now page in the payment portal.

Payment Portal Improvements.

Portal can now use stripe web hooks for payment complete and payment refunded processes.

Generating tokens for payment link no longer fails if the JWT secret is not present.
