User Accounts
Each person accessing RIMS needs to have either own user account. This is required so that the actions that a user performed can be tracked for auditing later.
A user account consists of three pieces of information: a username, an email address and a password.
You accounts can be created by do not have to be enabled, this is done by not checking the "Account Active" checkbox.
Similarly you can disable a user account by editing the account and unselecting the "Account Active" checkbox. This will stop the user from logging into the system.

A user can then either be assigned to roles manually or by using a preset profile. You can start by selecting a profile, then by choosing the "Select Roles" tab to further customize the users permissions.
