Icon Reference
A number of icons are used throughout the system. Below is a complete list of the icons used and what they mean.

Warning
There is a problem that requires your inspection, or the associated item contains invalid information. You can see this information by hovering you mouse over the icon.

Urgent Warning/Error
Similar to a warning however this is urgent or may have an effect on data integrity.

Badge
This field requires a valid badge.

Calendar
This field requires a date to be entered. Clicking on the icon will open a date select tool.

Cloned
The performed duty has been cloned from another.
Manually Entered
The performed duty has been manually entered into the system.

Imported Data
The performed duty has been imported from a previous system and may not be complete.

The field requires a valid email address to be entered. Clicking on the icon will open an email client to to sent an email to the specified address.

Help
There is addition help information for this item, hovering over the icon will display this information.

Issue Resolved
The item previously had an issue associated to it, which has now been resolved. Hovering over the icon will display extra information about how it was resolved.

Mobile Device
The performed duty has been entered into the system via a mobile device.

Station or Depot
The field requires a valid station name to be entered. Clicking on the icon will open the search depot or destination dialog

Supervisor
The field requires a valid supervisor to be selected. Clicking on the icon will open the search supervisor dialog.

Tick
Indicates that either a value is true, or something successful has happened.

Cross
Indicates that either a value is false, or something is not to be included.

SpreadSheet
Indicates that the action will generate a downloadable spreadsheet.

Action
An action that can be performed within the system.
